"Refund went surprisingly smoothly"
I accidentally bought the wrong exam file and only realized it after I had already paid. Totally my mistake, and I was already thinking, “Great, now what??”

I emailed Avanset support to ask if a refund was possible, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They just asked for my order details and handled it without making the whole thing annoying or complicated.

The money showed up back in my account a few days later. fair experience overall — no drama, no back and forth forever, just sorted out. What more can you ask for?? 5 stars from me...

"Support was a bit too slow for me"
To be fair, they did get back to me eventually, but the replies from support came later than I really needed. I was hoping for quicker help, so the delay was frustrating.

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I gave it 4 stars because the files I was looking for were available and downloaded without any trouble. The site was simple to use overall, and the whole experience was smooth. A few titles took a little extra searching, but nothing too frustrating. Worked well for me with no major issues.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, it does what I need it to do. It’s been useful and easy to work into my routine. That said, when I saw the price, I definitely hesitated a little. It’s not a bad product at all, but it does feel a bit pricey for what you get

"Really Relevant Practice Questions"
I used Avanset while prepping for my exam, it gave me a lot more confidence going in. The question bank lined up well with the real exam topics, so I felt like I was spending my time on the right stuff instead of guessing what to study. It helped me focus and feel more prepared. Definitely worth it for me

"Works okay, but whoever runs this needs to fix a few things"
I’ve been using the mobile app for a little while, it does what I need most of the time. But it can feel slow here and there, and some pages just don’t run smoothly on my phone. Login even froze on me once, which was annoying. It’s not a terrible app, but whoever runs this really needs to clean up some of these issues

I felt like most of the questions were close to what I actually needed to study. A couple of the answers seemed a little unclear to me, so I had to double-check those, but overall it really helped me spot the areas I was weak in before the test. It wasn’t perfect, but from my experience, it was definitely useful.

"Offline mode was frustrating..."
I bought this thinking I’d be able to study anywhere, even without Wi-Fi... but the offline access barely worked for me. It kept failing and asking me to sign in, which is super annoying when you don’t have internet. Kind of defeats the whole point.

I found the simulator useful overall. The practice mode helped me get a feel for the timing and the way questions come one after another, and the layout seemed fairly close to what you’d expect in an actual exam, at least from my experience.
That said, I’m not totally sure it matches the real test perfectly. Some questions felt a bit easier, and a few were worded differently than what I remember from the exam. It’s definitely not bad, and I’d still use it for practice, but I probably wouldn’t rely on it as my only study tool.

"Downloads worked okay, just kinda slow sometimes"
I’ve used avanset.com a few times now, and the downloads worked fine for me. They started pretty much right away, didn’t crash or throw errors, and I didn’t really have to keep retrying or anything like that.
The only thing is, the speed wasn’t always great. Sometimes it felt a bit slow, like I was just waiting longer than I expected. But overall, it was reliable enough, so yeah, I’d say 4 stars

I used avanset.com while studying for my exam, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the questions felt close to what I saw on the real test, which helped me get a feel for the format. But there were also plenty that didn’t match up that well, so I definitely couldn’t rely on it alone. I ended up using other study materials too, which was a little frustrating considering I was hoping this would cover most of what I needed. I did pass, but just barely, so I wouldn’t call it a guaranteed win. If you can get it at a discount, it might be worth trying, but I’d think twice before paying full price.

To be fair, the activation did work in the end, but getting the license set up was a bit confusing at first. I had to spend some time figuring it out, and support did get back to me eventually. Overall it’s okay, just not the smoothest experience right away...

"Renewal settings were a pain to find"
I like the service fine, but managing the subscription was more annoying than it needed to be. I had to dig around just to find the renewal settings, and it felt like the whole thing was handled kind of carelessly. Stuff like that should be easy to spot, not buried in menus.
